The Unexpected Call
Luca was preparing slides for a meeting when his phone buzzed. A client from London wanted to “jump on a quick call.”
Luca felt nervous, but he answered anyway. He spoke slowly, used simple phrases, and focused on clarity.
The call went well, and the client even said,
“Thanks, that was very clear.”
Luca closed his laptop with a smile. Confidence grows in the small moments.
