This video is short and sweet and really helpful. We have a spreadsheet we created for our rentals, but Ryan’s is much more useful. I think it will make our tracking much easier. We’ll start using it for 2025 taxes for sure. Thanks Ryan!

Thank you for the rental calculator for participation hours... i really wish i had a bot (or AI programmed somehow) to track it each time for me, i struggle to remember every single thing i do for the rentals because it feels like its constant.

Just downloaded Ryan’s time tracker that includes activities we can track for rentals. I had been using a time tracker workbook I bought on Amazon but most likely missed tracking some activities because I just didn’t know I could. Hi Ryan, I have actually learned a few things from following you. Strategies, such as, how to hire my 11 year-old child to work in the day-to-day operations/management of the LTRs we have. I listened to your podcast on this followed and implemented it. Also, once I stopped working I listened to your podcast on RE Pro and it just prompted me to investigate it in more depth so that I can focus on getting it implemented. Another strategy, how to use cost segregation and bonus depreciation especially in a high tax bracket to reduce tax liability. Do you have a podcast on how to buy your first STR? Are they still profitable? I want to send it to my daughter. Thank you.
