I am watching a bunch of videos and podcast these days and getting a crash course in using STR as a means to save my immense tax burden. So thanks for that. IN one of the podcast you mentioned bookkeeping software which you felt was better than Quickbooks. I can not remember the name. Can you make a recommendation? I am buying my first STR but plan to grow. At some point I will hire someone. Thanks.
