1.) Why do I want to save money on taxes? We have a wedding to pay for this year, and likely another in the next couple of years. We're nearing 50 years old, but have no retirement or savings, so putting something away for that would be amazing.

2.) Where am I at in my journey? I flipped my first property from Jan-March, and about to close on a property I hope to make a furnished MTR, while also continuing to look for my next flip.

3.) What's my biggest challenge right now? Bookkeeping. Knowing what software to use and how to categorize things in the REI world is confusing right now.
