1.) Why do I want to save money on taxes? We have a wedding to pay for this year, and likely another in the next couple of years. We're nearing 50 years old, but have no retirement or savings, so putting something away for that would be amazing. 2.) Where am I at in my journey? I flipped my first property from Jan-March, and about to close on a property I hope to make a furnished MTR, while also continuing to look for my next flip. 3.) What's my biggest challenge right now? Bookkeeping. Knowing what software to use and how to categorize things in the REI world is confusing right now. Excited to be here and learn!

If you're looking for accounting software, check out REI Hub. I recently started using it, and I love it so far! I've always been good at keeping receipts/ invoices, but was never sure I was catagorizing my expenses correctly and saving my scanned documents in the most efficient way. REI Hub has taken all the guesswork out of the equation. You connect it to your bank account and the credits & debits automatically transfer into the Hub. There you can assign the transaction to the appropiate catagory and then upload your receipt/invoice to that specific transaction.
