General Real Estate Activity and Material Participation Hours

Thank you for the time tracker, this is great. I have built an app using Google AppSheet for tracking the hours. This is the only way I could get my wife to fill out her hours 😀. I am happy to share it with whoever wants it. You will need a Google Workspace account.

1st Question: If I only have LTR's, do my wife and I have to also meet 750 hrs in general real estate activity?

2nd Question: Is the 500hrs of material participation combined between both spouses?
