New guy on the block!
Hey all — Kaycie, based in South Florida, with my wife and two kids.
Been in real estate a long time: single family up through a 376-unit, plus storage and mobile home parks, around 1,126 doors total. I'm also part owner of a capital company, so I live on the partnership and financing side as much as the deal side.
Lately I'm deep in figuring out how AI can actually be useful in real estate and business — happy to compare notes with anyone doing the same.
