Accidental Landlord in San Antonio
Hi,
I work full time and my husband was a stay at home dad and helped care for my mom while she was alive. When my mom passed away, my husband and I were fixing up my mom’s house to sell. My sister in law moved back to Texas as we were finishing up repairs early this year and asked to rent it. As I prepare for tax season what are things I need to do to save $ on taxes. I do have a separate business cking savings acct, & LLC. Thanks in advance for any advice.
