THE TAX FILING WORKSHOP IS OPEN
Taxes are easier to understand when you can see the map behind the software. The Tax Filing Workshop is now open with two complete starting courses: • Course 0 - Your Tax Filing Roadmap: organize your tax file, track missing documents, find the workshop path that matches your year, and avoid common filing-process mistakes. • Course 1 - Understanding Form 1040: follow income through AGI, deductions, tax, credits, payments, and the final refund or amount owed. Members also receive five printable tools, including the one-page Core Form 1040 Flow Map and the Return Story Review Worksheet. Start with Course 0 even if you have already filed before. It is short, free, and gives you the process used throughout the workshop. Then move into Course 1 when you are ready to read the return behind the software interview. Course 2 and later lessons will resume as the member community grows. The current courses stand on their own and do not require you to wait for later material. Privacy reminder: never post an unredacted tax return, taxpayer ID, IP PIN, bank information, signature, or account credential in the community. Tax Filing Workshop provides general education to help members organize for and understand the filing process. It does not teach, direct, prepare, review, approve, or verify a return. Before making tax or legal decisions, consult a qualified tax professional, attorney, or other appropriate licensed professional who can review your complete facts. You are responsible for any return you file, whether you file independently or engage a professional. Membership does not create a professional-client or attorney-client relationship.
