🌸 Welcome, Dear Sister 🌸 My story & intention behind this space
Assalamu alaikum wa rahmatullahi wa barakatuh 🤍
I want to begin by saying: If you are here, this is not by coincidence. Allah guides hearts before He guides steps.
My name is Yasmina, and I created this space with sincere intention (niyyah) to support Muslim women in healing — physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually — through Tawakkul, knowledge, and compassion.
🤍 My journey (from illness to healing)
For over 10 years, I lived with an autoimmune condition and thyroid disease.
I was taking 9 hormonal tablets a day, struggling daily with my body, my energy, and my health. Doctors told me I would likely never conceive, and this deeply affected my life and even delayed me in being able to marry and start my own family.
I was born and raised in Croatia, living a completely modern lifestyle — disconnected from faith, nutrition, body awareness, and inner purpose. Although my father was Muslim, my family was not practicing, and society gave me a distorted image of Islam.
At one point in my life, I suffered a lower spinal injury that left me unable to walk for six months. That period changed everything.
When your body stops, your soul begins to speak.
Allah says:
“And We will surely test you with something of fear and hunger and a loss of wealth and lives and fruits, but give good tidings to the patient.”(Qur’an 2:155)
That hardship forced me to question my life, my choices, and the meaning of existence. I felt a deep inner calling to change — completely.
🌿 Healing the body
I began by helping my body heal:
  • I started training in the gym
  • I studied nutrition
  • I learned how the body truly works
Two years later, I was squatting 110 kg, leg pressing 200 kg, and became a certified personal trainer and nutritionist, helping women transform their bodies.
This greatly improved my autoimmune condition, but I noticed something important: Every time I experienced high stress or emotional trauma, my illness returned.
That’s when I understood a truth that Islam already teaches us.
🧠 Healing the mind & heart
The body and the mind are not separate.
The Prophet ﷺ said:
“Truly, in the body there is a piece of flesh which, if it is sound, the whole body is sound. And if it is corrupted, the whole body is corrupted. Truly, it is the heart.”(Bukhari & Muslim)
I realised that unhealed trauma, suppressed emotions, and beliefs can manifest as physical illness.
This led me to study the mind–body connection deeply, and eventually to RTT (Rapid Transformational Therapy) — a powerful method that helps identify and heal the root cause of emotional, mental, and physical struggles, often within 1–3 sessions.
I became certified in RTT so I could help women heal:
  • anxiety and depression
  • trauma and emotional pain
  • confidence and self-worth
  • addictions and habits
  • and even physical health issues connected to stress and trauma
Allah says:
“Indeed, Allah will not change the condition of a people until they change what is within themselves.”(Qur’an 13:11)
🌙 Finding Islam
In 2024, after years of searching, healing, and learning, I took my Shahada.
I realised that everything I had been guided to —nutrition, body care, trauma healing, mind health, discipline, balance —already exists perfectly in Islam.
Islam honours the body as an amanah.
Islam recognises the impact of grief, fear, and trauma.
Islam teaches Tawakkul, patience, intention, and healing of the heart.
I found my husband and became pregnant the same Year and gave birth to a perfectly healthy baby boy in my 39th year, with no medication, naturally with the help of Allah, Allhamdulilah.
Allah says:
“And We send down of the Qur’an that which is healing and mercy for the believers.”(Qur’an 17:82)
🤍 Why this space exists

🌸 From my heart to yours
I am not here to judge, pressure, or rush your healing.
I am here to walk beside you, remind you of your strength, and support you with knowledge, faith, and compassion.
If Allah healed parts of me I thought were impossible —He can heal you too.
