INTRODUCE YOURSELF: WHO ARE YOU CHOOSING TO BECOME?
You are here. That is a start. Now give the rest of us a chance to know the person doing the work—not your résumé, your polished public version, or your entire life story. Just enough to begin a real conversation. Copy the questions below into your comment and answer whatever you are comfortable answering. 1. What should we call you? 2. Where are you joining us from? 3. What brought you to Take Your Power Back? 4. What is one part of your life you want to examine or choose more deliberately? 5. What is one inherited rule you are beginning to question? 6. When you share something difficult, what kind of response is most useful to you? • Suggestions • Questions that help you think • Accountability • Shared experiences • Encouragement • A place to be heard without advice You do not need to answer perfectly. You do not need to explain or defend every answer. Share only what you choose to share. After posting your introduction, welcome at least one other member. Ask a genuine question, notice something you have in common, or simply let them know they were heard. I will go first in the comments. Question everything. Figure out who you want to be.

COMPLETE COMMUNITY RULES AND SAFETY BOUNDARIES
Take Your Power Back is a place for honest questions, difficult conversations, and personal accountability. That only works when people know where the boundaries are. The short titles on Skool’s Rules page are reminders. This post explains what those rules mean, how we handle sensitive topics, and what to do when someone needs more support than an online community can provide. Read this entire post before participating. 1. THINK FOR YOURSELF Nobody here—including the founder—is the final authority on how another person should live. Share your reasoning, question your assumptions, and leave room for the possibility that you may learn something. 2. OWN YOUR HUNDRED PERCENT Take responsibility for your choices, actions, and impact. That does not mean taking someone else’s blame or pretending other people have no accountability of their own. Own your part and leave theirs with them. 3. THE WHY GAME IS A GIFT Do not interrogate, corner, embarrass, or dismantle another member for sport. Ask permission before digging deeply into someone else’s beliefs. A member may stop a conversation at any time, for any reason. 4. SPEAK FROM YOUR EXPERIENCE Use “I” language. Share what you have lived, learned, tried, or observed. Do not diagnose other members, declare what is secretly wrong with them, or present your personal experience as a universal law. 5. CHALLENGE IDEAS, NOT PEOPLE Disagreement is welcome. Contempt is not. No harassment, insults, threats, humiliation, discrimination, dogpiling, or ideology-first fighting. 6. CONSENT AND BOUNDARIES FIRST A no is a no. A changed mind is a no. Silence is not permission. Do not pressure members to disclose personal information, continue a conversation, accept advice, communicate privately, or explain a boundary. 7. RESPECT PEOPLE AND PRIVACY Do not share another member’s posts, identity, screenshots, personal history, or private messages outside this community without clear permission. 8. ASK FOR HELP IN GOOD FAITH

START HERE
Welcome to Take Your Power Back. This community exists for one reason: To help you stop living the life you inherited and start choosing the one you actually want. Most of us were handed rules about who we should be, what success should look like, how relationships are supposed to work, what we are allowed to want, and what makes us worthy. Some of those rules still serve us. Some never did. The work here is not to reject everything you were taught. It is to question what has been running your life, understand what it was built to do, and decide whether it still is doing what you want it to do. Nobody here—including me—is the final authority on who you should become. That choice stays with you. DO THESE THREE THINGS FIRST 1. READ THE COMMUNITY RULES AND SAFETY BOUNDARIES Read the pinned Complete Community Rules post before participating. We discuss real lives and difficult subjects here, so consent, privacy, boundaries, and personal accountability are not optional. The short version: think for yourself, own your hundred percent, and treat The Why Game as a gift—not a weapon. 2. INTRODUCE YOURSELF Go to the pinned Introduce Yourself post and tell us: • What should we call you? • What brought you here? • What is one part of your life you want to examine or choose more deliberately? Share only what you are comfortable sharing. You never owe the community your entire story. 3. ANSWER THE FIRST WHY GAME PROMPT Go to The Why Game category and answer: What is one rule about life that you inherited but never consciously chose? You do not need to solve it in your first post. Start by noticing it and putting it into words. HOW TO USE THE COMMUNITY • Start Here — Onboarding, rules, safety information, and important announcements • Introductions — Meet the people doing this work alongside you • The Why Game — Examine beliefs, assumptions, and inherited rules • Taking Your Power Back — Make deliberate choices about where your time, attention, and power go
Day 7: Your Turn to Choose
now that we have Why'd it down, figured out where it came from and what it is, examined it to see if we want to keep living by it. If we do, then great, you get to move forward knowing that you made the choice now. If not though, its time to build new guidelines to live by. Example: To start living in a way that aligns with our new decision we need to have a conversation with the other members of the household to figure out a truly fair share of the household work, and now that we know that at least some of our beliefs are based in antiquated social systems, we know that we need to analyze more of our reactions and beliefs.

Day 6 Its on you to Decide
Now that we know the function of what we are working on, we get to decide if it is actually service us the way we want it to. Example: Do I really think it is fair that all the house work is done by those who do not bring money into the house? Do I agree with the 1950s concept of the nuclear family? Do I want to support the patriarchy? I do not on all accounts
