Dr. D wants to share the power of turning Grace into Inner Power….
Dr. D shares there is a Story to tell…The Weight of the Invisible Anchor…..
We have all experienced heartache at some point in our lives. Whether it was loss or betrayal, it still had lasting effects on our inner spirit. Imagine waking up one morning to find a smooth, obsidian stone resting on your chest. It isn't larger than your palm, yet it feels as though it weighs a thousand pounds. When you try to stand, it pulls at your shoulders. When you breathe, it restricts your lungs. This is the invisible anchor of heartache.
Lately, Dr. D states..this weight isn't just yours. You walk out into the world, into your community, and you see it everywhere. It’s in the slumped shoulders of the grocery clerk, the strained smile of your neighbor, and the collective Social Media sigh of a world fracturing under global pain. Heartache is a heavy, dense, and exhausting frequency to carry. It makes the mind loop in despair and makes the human heart feel as though it is under siege.
For a long time, we are taught to deal with this weight by seeking escape. We look for a bypass. We look at our privileges—our safe homes, our stable distractions, our spiritual theories—and we use them as a shield to block out the suffering. We say, "I am above this low vibe, It cannot touch me." But the stone only seems to grows heavier.
One day, exhausted from carrying it, you stop running. You sit on the floor, close your eyes, and instead of pushing the stone away, you bring your hands to it. You look directly at the heartache. And in that moment of absolute surrender, the stone begins to shift. It doesn't disappear—it transforms. It warms up. It cracks open, revealing a radiant, pulsing light. The weight is not a punishment. It is an anchor pulling you back down to Earth, forcing you to look at what truly matters.
How does this Metaphysical Shift take place? Dr. D believes it is a shift from Privilege to Humanity. In metaphysical theory, energy cannot be destroyed; it can only become a startling transformation. Heartache is not a sign that the universe is broken; instead it is a profound, cosmic wake-up call. It is a dense, low-frequency alarm pulling our consciousness right out of autopilot. When we use our privilege (whether financial, social, or emotional) to shield ourselves from the world’s pain, we actually create separation. Metaphysically, separation is the ultimate illusion and is the root of all suffering.
Heartache is the equalizer. It shatters the illusion of division. When your heart aches for another, your ego-driven privilege dissolves, and you are forced to zoom in on your raw, shared humanity. The pain is a reminder that we are interconnected. It demands that we stop looking down from our towers of comfort and start looking across into the eyes of our collective community….Black and White!
Dr. D states it is vitally important to understand the Metaphysical Law of Polarity: The deeper the capacity for heartache, the greater the capacity for love and transformation. The weight you feel is actually the stretching of your spirit to be able to hold more light.
Dr. D shares some Daily Practices we all can do to move to… Accepting Life with Grace. To ensure we don't collapse under the weight of the World, we must anchor ourselves daily. She shares 3 steps with the Community to help everyone learn to accept the gift of life with Grace:
1. The Morning Change Scan:
When you open your eyes in the morning, before looking at your phone or checking the news, place both hands over your heart. Do some Breathwork…let’s say 3-3-3 into whatever kind of heaviness is sitting with you in the morning. Acknowledge it without judgment by saying: “I feel the weight, and I honor my humanity. I choose to transform this heavy energy into compassion today.”
2. Practice Active "Human Zooming"
Once a day, intentionally look past your comfort. When interacting with someone less fortunate than you —a stranger, a Addict, the Homeless, a delivery driver, a family member—mentally look past their outside surface. Acknowledge their divinity and their struggle. Remind yourself: “Their heart beats just like mine. We are carrying this World together.” This allows you to strip away spiritual arrogance and replaces it with true empathy. Dr. D says it may feel uncomfortable, even out of your element, but be open and do it anyway. Imagine yourself in their shoes for that moment.
3. The Grace Inventory
At night, Journal and write down three things that brought you back to the present moment of the day. Dr. D says remember what Eckart Tolle states…the “Present Moment” is all we really have. We cannot change the past or predict the future….we only have the "here and now" No need for grand achievements or material privileges, but simple expressions of life without societal conditioning: the sound of rain, the warmth of tea, or a moment of shared laughter with family and friends. Accept that pure feeling as unearned gifts from GOD, which we should all accept and receive with deep Humility and Grace.
Dr. D leaves you with some compassionate thinking…
"Your heartache isn’t breaking you down; it’s breaking you open. The question is: Are you brave enough to see what’s waiting inside to Take Back Your Power?”
"We spent a lifetime trying to rise above our problems, but what if the ultimate power actually lies in our willingness to sink deeply into our humanity? Think about it tonight, and Journal to unpack how to build from that space as you move forward in your Journey."
"So, the next time the weight of the world feels too heavy to carry, don't ask how you can escape it. Ask yourself: What is this anchor trying to make me look at?
