This is for but everyone can benefit if they're feeling overwhelmed. You start with mindset, move to awareness, and then take action.
Pay attention to the thoughts you're having about what you're doing and what is expected of you.
Then write them down.
ARE THOSE THOUGHTS 100% TRUE?
If not, reword them.
Now on a different sheet of paper, write down everything you have to do or feel like you have to do.
Then rate each thing as either "I can change it." "I can't change it right now." or "I can't change it"
Cross off everything that can't be changed.
You can currently ignore the things you can't change right now.
We are going to focus on the things you CAN change right now.
Pick one of them and break it up into small steps, then take the first step NOW.
This post could be overwhelming, so I don't want you to run out and do EVERYTHING AT ONCE.
Take it one line at a time, complete that thing, and only THEN do you move to the next line.
