What're your challenges with conversational ai?

When building and delivering conversational AI agents for clients (voice/chat), what's the most frustrating gap you encounter with platforms like GHL, Vapi, Retell, or other agent builders? Is it missing integrations, workflow limitations, client management, or something else?

We're in the process of building out our own conversational ai building platform. What're some things you'd like to see added that'd be useful to you that things like GHL/VAPI may not have?
