Hiring a long form & short form editor

Need someone to go through and cut out the errors in my videos. Very important to watch videos all the way through (20 minute videos on average)

I will provide you with a record of me going through a tutorial (i will provide talking head and usually visuals to show on screen but sometimes you must create visuals such as Google Slides or Excalidraw boards)

What you need to do:

1. Create engaging intro's (b-roll, engaging edits, etc.)

2. Cut out any errors in the video seamlessly

3. Create visuals if necessary (slides, excalidraw boards, etc.)

I upload 2-3x long form youtube videos per week and I then often then repurpose these into short form content. You will be responsible for helping with short form content and helping with brand growth. You must be familiar with the AI Automation space (not faceless youtube automation, this is much different).

I am looking for somebody to stick with my long term and eventually become full-time.

You must have a turnaround time of less than 24 hours
