Creativity run amok!

Hello vault-friends,

I don't believe this song will ever be played via sync. So, feel free to skip this post. This is just show and tell....

Five years ago (yesterday) I was cutting the lawn and came up with a fun little talking blues song in my head with the hook of "happy birthday to me". By the time I came inside, the song had decided it preferred to be about my childhood, my family and friends.... ok. Then it also wanted to be about sex and religion. Hmmm. Then it graduated to aging and death and covid and police brutality and racial discrimination.

Apparently i have no guardrails! It ended up as a way more serious, semi-biographical FOLK song about boys becoming men.

Moral of the story: Appreciate each and every birthday regardless of what has happened since your last one(s)! Today is my 67th and I'm very happy to be here with Glenn and you all.
