1. Describe the version of me who already has what I want.
She wakes up every morning and starts her day with affirmations, a healthy breakfast and preparing lunchboxes for her family. She makes time for her Bible study and doesn't just read God's Word — she lives it out in her everyday life.
She approaches her work with confidence, trusts her abilities and serves her clients with excellence. She takes care of her body through exercise, running and cycling. She makes time to read, pray, laugh and enjoy life to the fullest.
She earns her own money, manages it wisely and is in a position to help those who are less fortunate. She is generous and uses what she has to make a difference in the lives of others.
Most importantly, she is present with her children and her husband. She laughs with them, enjoys them and creates beautiful memories with her family.
She doesn't live in constant overwhelm or feel that she has to prove herself. She knows who she is, trusts God, believes in herself and understands that she can build a meaningful life without sacrificing the people and things that matter most.
She lives with faith, confidence, discipline, joy and purpose. She knows she is enough.
2. Name one thing she does daily, by default, that I currently have to force.
She approaches her day with patience and joy instead of feeling overwhelmed by everything she needs to do.
She doesn't allow the pressure of everyday responsibilities to steal her peace. She trusts herself, takes things one step at a time and finds joy in the ordinary moments of life.
3. Choose one decision I can make today, not as the old me trying, but as her simply being herself.
I will stop trying so hard to prove myself or to become someone worthy of the life I want.
Instead, I will believe that I am already enough. I will trust God, have faith in the woman He created me to be and take action from a place of confidence rather than fear.
I don't have to earn my worth through achievement. I can grow, build, serve and succeed while knowing that I am enough exactly as I am.
