For the next 30 days, we're going where most people won't...
In our 90 day Bold Move Challenge, we'll be stirring the waters and ask the hard questions most people spend a lifetime avoiding. Here is the truth about the last 30 days of bold moves. The boldest move was for some only showing up. But even that is still the visible part. The real bold move was being willing to look at things most people spend their whole lives not looking at. So that is where we are going next. Mondays to Fridays for the next 30 days. Every day I'll drop one hard question. The kind you feel in your chest before your head has even caught up. The kind most people are very skilled at avoiding, because the moment you answer one honestly, you cannot un-know what you find. This is not a journaling challenge. It is not about getting it right. There are no points for the prettiest answer- and I'll show up everyday for the one. The one ready to go deep, sitting with a question long enough to tell yourself the truth. Some days it will be uncomfortable. Good. The question you most want to skip is almost always the one with your name on it. That discomfort is not a sign to stop. It is the exact spot where the change is waiting. Here is the one rule, and it is the whole challenge: answer honestly, and answer out loud, here, with us. Because here is the truth. You can think a hard thought privately and let it drift off by lunchtime. But the moment you say the true thing out loud, to people walking the same road, it stops being a thought and starts being a decision. That is why we do this together and not alone. Your honesty gives the person next to you permission to be honest too. That is how a whole room starts to move. You do not have to be ready. You do not have to have your life sorted. You just have to be willing to look. So this is the bold move. Not another thing to do. A willingness to stop pretending you do not already know. If you have AVA, use her to unpack this for you. Let her be your journal, mirror and coach, but answer the questions honestly. Take your phone and speak real truths to these questions and even without Ava, you'll get to core limiting beliefs running the show.
