How long do you have it? Once you get the 12-Week Program it's yours to keep. No clock and no subscription. Start whenever you're ready, even if that's a couple of weeks from now.
Course pricing: I’ve offered the Spanish, Portuguese, and Japanese versions at $199 to help make it more accessible in markets where paying in US dollars can be a bigger financial hurdle. What's free? This community, all the free workouts in one place, monthly calls with me, and free giveaways. We'll be giving away a lot of stuff, so stay tuned.
If you've done a workout already, tell me how it felt. Wins and questions both welcome. Stoked you're all here.
