Hi I'm Kim. I started my membership 'English Conversation ' at the beginning of October and a YouTube channel and Facebook page soon after. I've grown to around 50 members and then stagnated. My main issues are - Driving traffic to my membership - getting the right sort of client (those that seriously want to learn English) - Getting more engagement to climb the discovery ranks - Getting views on my new YouTube channel. - Earning my first dollar 😁 At the moment I have a free course and a free masterclass every week, and I post 3 or 4 mini lessons/ videos a day. So... lots to do as you can see 😆 I find I learn and grow from other skoolers around me 👍

I'm growing Onliners.com.au which has been helping government and business clients in Australia for more than 30 years. We currently provide Education, Consultancy and Digital Tools for the AI Age. And I'm also growing my Onliners Skool community which helps people over 50 earn their first $1 online. Right now I'm working on a new book for the community to help business owners overcome their fear/dislike over Sales. - What kind of business you’re growing - I am a Hypnotherapist, Business Coach, Digital Creator, Author, and Speaker and (much more) ... I have had an online digital business since 1999 with the start of my hypnosis downloads website. - What you’re working on right now - Currently my main two focuses are growing my hypnosis app and growing my new manifesting group here on Skool. - Where you could use some help or inspiration - My biggest problem in the whole wide world is that I have been able to get businesses started, but then they stall or cap out because I've never had a real marketing SYSTEM in place that can SCALE. I'm stuck at a SMALL business level that supports me ... but I know I'm supposed to grow WAY WAY bigger than I have been able to do and it deeply deeply frustrates me. My work is so important to this world and only a tiny tiny fraction of people get to experience it. I have made multiple attempts to find people I can trust to help me in this regard and those efforts have not proven fruitful. So, I'm back at it to try to figure it out on my own. I just have too much on my plate to do everything EFFECTIVELY. I just want to create content and help the people and offload everything else. I have some VAs but damn .. if I had a really good MARKETING VA who knows what they are doing ... especially with MRR and Apps ... that would be amazing!!!
