Hello, everyone! Thank you for welcoming me into your lovely community, @Sharon Horne-Ellstrom. A little bit about me: I am a Gen X mom with three Gen Z kids - two boys, one girl. I am also a content creator. Specifically: Writer: three blogs in different niches Designer: YouTube videos, products for two print-on-demand shops, and Pinterest pins Crafter: this is where my heart and soul is at its happiest but my current living situation doesn't have much space to spread out a bunch of craft supplies. So, as soon as my kids and I are in bigger place, I am going to make up for lost time. I also have a community here on Skool for freelance creators called Hopeful Creators Circle. I have a BSc in Psychology but none of the jobs I had after college were in that field. Someone forgot to tell me I couldn't do anything with "just" a Bachelor's degree and needed at least a Master's or PhD. So, I've learned everything I know from working at a brokerage firm, fast food chain corporate office, two mortgage companies, one real estate office, a few retail dept stores, direct sales, personal shopper, and crossing guard (when my kids were in school). I earned awards for sales, customer service, and employee of the month in my teens, 20's, and 30's, but seemed to have lost my mojo in my 50's. I am looking forward to finding it again and hope it is with the the help of this community.
