Well this IS embarassing. Recorded the whole thing wtihout sound!!!??? This is one of those things my late Dad would have told me NOT to share with anyone or tell them. "Better to remain silent, than to open your mouth and remove all doubt" was a favorite saying of his!!! Did figure out screen sharing though!!!

Ok, I'm going to kick this off as I think it's a good idea. I'm Kim, an English teacher, looking to grow my skool membership helping intermediate level learners gain confidence in the English language. Timings might be a little difficult for a partner as everyone seems to be in USA and I'm in Europe, but we can give it a go. I need to focus on these bottlenecks; 1. Getting more (appropriate) members to join my group 2. Getting more interaction in the group 3. Finding out what my members want and need and providing it 4. Growing my YouTube channel 5. Just curious. What have you got going on this weekend? I am in a 6 month challenge that never sleeps...so doing that! Also got Epilepsy Foundation coming to pick up donations on Dec. 15. I pulled out 16 tubs of holiday decorations and items to go through. I also have a ton of clothes that should be donated. So, I will be using some time on organizing and packing things up to give away. As far as I am concerned, anything we do that we love or that makes us feel good is a WIn on the weekend! Share what you are up to... Naps on the couch, self care, watching your favorite Christmas movie... Let's hear it. If you do not want to share your plans... How about YOUR FAVORITE CHRISTMAS MOVIE? Hi I'm Kim. I started my membership 'English Conversation ' at the beginning of October and a YouTube channel and Facebook page soon after. I've grown to around 50 members and then stagnated. My main issues are - Driving traffic to my membership - getting the right sort of client (those that seriously want to learn English) - Getting more engagement to climb the discovery ranks - Getting views on my new YouTube channel. - Earning my first dollar 😁 At the moment I have a free course and a free masterclass every week, and I post 3 or 4 mini lessons/ videos a day. So... lots to do as you can see 😆 I find I learn and grow from other skoolers around me 👍
