Injury - Thursday Live Cancelled - Sprained Ankle

Hello Superhumans,

We’ll, it’s finally happened. A hidden hole in the road of downtown West Palm Beach has taken my ankle during a run today.

I tried to do all the things to try to make it better and make it for class, but as the night is progressing - it is continuing to get worse.

I will do my best to heal up for Saturday but will keep you posted. I’ve attached some photos.

Any advice on expediting healing is appreciated.
