Chicken balls - 1 lb ground chicken + 1 egg + 1 cup bread crumbs (I use pork rind ones:) mix together make into balls and bake at 375 for 25 min
Burger bowls - ground beef taters pickles and special sauce
Fiesta corn dip w carrots and cucumbers and tortilla chips
Cherries and raspberries
