After 2 weeks of eating whatever is left in the fridge like a racoon because we were in the middle of moving from FL- SC, I finally was able to eat a high protein breakfast yesterday!!! It felt soooo good!
The aim for this week, eat an easy protein packed (30g) every morning this week!
No need to overthink it, just eat nutritious foods that fill you up!
My breakfast of choice for a busy mama of a feral almost 2 year old boy this week is:
- 2 poached eggs (12g protein- 6g of protein each egg)
- 1 cup of cottage cheese ( 24g protein)
That is a total of 36g!!
Also, if you want to add some fiber- add a cup of berries! That will make an amazing easy and fast Breakfast!
