Supplement Night Routine
Happy Tuesday ladies.
Are looking for ways to get in supplements? Magnesium is amazing to help you relax at night. I love my sea salt chocolate flavor. Mixed with chocolate greens to help me get in my fruit/veggies. I just do them both mixed in about 1.5c of milk(your choosing).
