The California contingent arrived yesterday - we actually caught up to them going through the mountain pass between Logan and Bear Lake - It's a whole gaggle of them My son and his family and then 5 other families in a big caravan traveling along. It's kind of surreal to me to see these people I've known since they kids (my son's friends) as they are now all in their 40s.
All the local kids showed up too - so fun.
This is going to be a shorter boost post because I'd like to catch up on the notes you all dropped yesterday and do some quite stuff this morning before I head back up there.

That does mean there won't be a Q&A today or Monetize Your Mission Mastermind tomorrow. We'll be back to our regular schedule next week.
While we're on the subject, I'd love your help deciding what we'll focus on during next Thursday's Mastermind.
I've been learning a lot through everything we've been building with Learn Substack, especially around creating communities that actually attract the right people instead of just growing numbers for the sake of growing numbers.
There have been some fascinating lessons from turning that community into a paid starter space, and I think many of you could apply the same ideas in your own businesses.
On the other hand... Notes have been changing too. Between the daily Notes Boost, the conversations we're having, and what I'm seeing across Substack, I have enough new material for an entire mastermind just on using Notes strategically to build relationships that lead to clients.
Which would help you the most?
1️⃣ Skool Community Strategy – What I'm learning from building and growing Learn Substack, attracting the right members, and creating a community that supports your business.
2️⃣ Substack Notes Mastermind – What's working right now with Notes, how to create conversations people actually engage with, and how to turn visibility into meaningful relationships.

🚀 Don't Forget: Substack Setup Intensive
📅 Wednesday, July 22 at 2:00 PM Mountain Time
Even if you've already been through the intensive, I'd encourage you to come again.
One of the biggest mistakes I see is people thinking, "I set up my Substack... done!"
The truth is, Substack is constantly evolving.
New features appear. Existing features change. Small settings that didn't matter six months ago suddenly become important. The strategy for turning readers into subscribers and subscribers into clients keeps evolving too.
I've been making changes to my own publication almost every week as I learn more.
Whether you're brand new to Substack or you've been publishing for years, it's worth taking a fresh look at your setup. Often the difference between a publication that quietly exists and one that consistently grows comes down to a handful of settings and intentional decisions.
We'll walk through everything together, answer questions live, and make sure your visibility actually has somewhere to go.
If you've never attended before, this is the perfect time.
If you have attended before, think of it as your annual tune-up. Chances are you'll leave with several updates you didn't even realize you needed.
I can't wait to see you there!
