In August will be doing this push up program again to challenge myself.

What if you can’t do a push up yet?
Modify by replacing with pushups on your knees how I started long ago or even wall pushups something I used during shoulder rehab or counter pushups.
What if this isn’t challenging enough?
You can add weight or add decline angle or even reps to make it more challenging.
I generally do little challenges for myself every month like this to improve areas I want to grow in. Stack the wins and gain ground on goals even if it’s slow progress.
