Hi ladies!!!! I'm so happy you're here. 👋🏼‼️ I want to start by sharing a little about who I am — not the polished version, just the real one. I’m a single mom and a coach. I’ve had two children, and I also help raise my 16 year old niece, who is now my bonus child. Life has asked a lot of me over the years, and I’ve learned how to balance motherhood, work, and healing in ways that aren’t always perfect, but are honest. I’ve spent over 10 years in the fitness and wellness world, learning, teaching, and growing alongside the women I work with. I’m a certified personal trainer, weight management specialist, and life coach — but more importantly, I’ve lived this work. I’ve lost over 60 pounds twice, led online challenges, coached women of all ages and body types, taught fitness classes for individuals with disabilities, and built walking groups and community spaces rooted in connection and movement. But none of that matters as much as this: I understand what it’s like to struggle, to start over, and to keep showing up anyway. ✊🏼 This space exists so we can be real, learn together, and build strength — physically, mentally, and emotionally — in a way that actually fits our lives.
