Next, the 7 Day Movement Challenge is now fully uploaded - there are Days 1-3, and Days 4-6 movement videos posted in the Classroom, as well as a Pain Guide. These are intended for all types of pain recovery - hip, knee, low back, and sciatica. Gentle, safe movement is the first step in healing, and I hope this resource is helpful for you!
