Hello, my name is Jaime. I currently own one STR Vacation home in PA and am operating 6 units in Dallas through STR Arbitrage.
Current stage is hunting and scaling on the arbitrage side so I can use the cash flow to fund purchases.
90 day goal is to add 5-15 units, to create $7-$10k in net income.
I saw an add for StrIQ and it seems to fit with my goal of scaling, although it seems more focused on purchases. We kind of started backwards, operates full duplexes with all the usual house costs and maintenance. We have since built our Tech stack to help automate. We have a great team in Dallas, so that is an opportunity to scale. However, we also want to diversify so that we can minimize the effects of location and seasonality fluctuations. We are considering a focused marketing effort for MTR and corporate MTR rentals, and we are focused on moving off ABNB to limit fees.
