Hi! I'm Nicole and I'm in the scaling phase of my STR journey. I am addicted to everything STR! I live in Indianapolis, IN. I am in the process of finding two new STR properties. What's holding me back #1? Should I buy out of state where my daughter attends school? I've done the research, but can't commit. 🫣 What's holding me back #2? (this is a purchase where I already own a property) Do I buy a luxury high priced property or do I take a risk on something new that could be more profitable? 😂
