STR Investor
- Roger and Katy - We own three properties in the Outer Banks (Duck and Kill Devil Hills) of North Carolina. Homes consist of a 5bd/3 1/2 bath, 2bd/3bth and 3bd/2bth.
- We have been in the game for 10 years now, but more seriously, the last 3 years.
- We are looking to expand our portfolio in other markets (Mountains, Beaches, and College Towns)
- Need help with assessing new markets and developing a team to help manage in those new markets
