Yes. This house is really cool because its in the private gates beach access community if Bid A wee beach. 4th level deck has amazing views. There is some deferred maintnence but the bedrooms are HUGE and bith units have 3 car garages that could be finished an made into 4th bedrooms and game rooms.

@Matt Sanderson Id say 300k in capital total but I am confident we could get half of that covered in seller credits at closing. There is a 7 bed in the same community at 503 Albatross doing $250k with an awful property manager. My much smaller 4 bed side if a duplex is at $141,000 year to day and we have no views. Im confident with a 4th bedroom and game room on each side this could do $300,000+
