Hi all! I was one of the founding members of strIQ. I am no longer at the company, but it is a fantastic product that led me to my STR journey of managing 30+ properties, acquiring a glampsite, a SFH, and developing some cabins on 10 acres in Tennessee.

Excited to be here. If I can be of any help, I want to be a give first, receive last kind of person. Glad to support anyone in their real estate journey whether they just started or have been around a while.

That being said, if you ever need a good cohost, I believe I am good at what I do, especially optimization of your asset/revenue, guest comms and systems and I'd be glad to help or consult.

In this season, I am scaling up our acquisitions so if you are looking to deploy any capital to an already working deal system, let's connect! I have a boutique hotel / bed and breakfast and a few flip/holds on my list to fund by the end of the year.
