Hi everyone,
A lot has happened since I launched this Skool. Between executive MBA classes and client work, I’ve had the same conversation with mid-market leaders: how to align foundational strategy and culture to build capabilities that create a sustainable MOAT.
As this knowledge matured ;), it evolved into the Strategic Absorption framework. This is where my full focus and energy must go now. Being honest with you matters more than keeping a space open that I cannot dedicate the right attention to—so I have decided to close this community.
