Hi everyone, A lot has happened since I launched this Skool. Between the innovation, executive MBA classes, and my client work, I kept having the same conversation with mid-market leaders — and it always came back to the same place: the foundational strategy of the company, and how to permeate the right culture to build aligned capabilities that create a sustainable moat. That focus, mixed with the knowledge maturing (if you search MATURE and my name you´ll get more info) turned into the Strategic Absorption framework, and it's where all my energy now needs to go. Being honest with you matters more than keeping something open that I can't give the attention it deserves — so I've decided to close this community. Thank you for being here (I know all of you did it out of love and support, thank you 🙏🏼😍) and for the trust you placed in it. ⚡ The 5-Minute Year-End reflection
We spend so much time planning for "next year" that we often forget to harvest the gold from the year we just finished. You don't need a 20-page journal for this.
