Valentine's Challenge
Team,
Let's get things going this week. This week's Challenge: Get in at least two strength training sessions.
  • If you're already consistent with this, then try to get in an extra mobility session.
  • If you haven't touched a weight in a bit, go the classroom and choose a couple of workouts from either the Ignite full gym program, or from the Body weight program, and just get moving.
  • If you haven't tried the movement assessment, then give that a try, and I'll count it as one of your workouts (although you could probably do a full workout after the assessment!).
Reply with some video or a description of what you got done! Go get it!
