I'd like for everyone to do the CF BASELINE
500m Row
40 Air Squats
30 Situps
20 Push Ups
10 Pull Ups
Scaling Options
1000m Bike
40 Air Squats
30 Sit Ups
20 Push Ups (Knee)
10 Ring Rows or Bent Rows
1) Measure your Heart Rate at the beginning of the workout
2) Average Heart Rate during the workout
3) The time that it takes for you to bring your heart rate back to Baseline (1)
