I'm Dylan Kratochvil, Board-Certified NP-C. For a decade, I tried to build a fitness routine using sheer willpower, failing 47 times. I thought I was lazy and broken. Then, at 33, I was diagnosed with ADHD.
I realized those failures weren't a character flaw—they were a neurobiological reality. The fitness industry is built for neurotypical brains that run on discipline. ADHD brains run on dopamine, novelty, and urgency. You cannot out-willpower a neurochemical deficit.
That is why I built the Strength Society. We don't rely on motivation; it is a fleeting emotion that will always fail an overtaxed nervous system. Instead, we build rigid external architecture. We use high-intensity central nervous system (CNS) load to manually regulate our dopamine baselines.
If you are tired of trying to mindset your way out of a physiological drought, you are in the right place. Empathy doesn't synthesize neurotransmitters. Fix the hardware so you can stop apologizing for your software.

Stop defending your software. We build the rigid external architecture ADHD brains need to function. Systems over motivation.
