I'm Dylan Kratochvil, Board-Certified NP-C. For years, I tried to build a fitness routine using sheer willpower, failing 47 times. I thought I was lazy and broken. Then, at 33, I was diagnosed with ADHD.
I realized those failures weren't a character flaw—they were a neurobiological reality. The fitness industry is built for neurotypical brains that run on discipline. ADHD brains run on dopamine, novelty, and urgency. You cannot out-willpower a neurochemical deficit.
That is why I built the Strength Protocol. We don't rely on motivation; it is a fleeting emotion that will always fail an overtaxed nervous system. Instead, we build intentional external scaffolding and friction. We use high-intensity central nervous system (CNS) load to manually regulate our dopamine baselines.
If you are tired of trying to mindset your way out of a physiological drought, you are in the right place. Empathy doesn't synthesize neurotransmitters.

Stop defending your software. We build the rigid external architecture ADHD brains need to function. Systems over motivation.
