Why this hurts conversions: Visitors don’t want to explore. They want to quickly understand what’s sold and where to click.
What I would fix first:
- Make the hero section product-focused
- Add one main CTA: “Shop Collection” or “View Best Sellers.”
- Push the top product category above the fold
Rule of thumb: If a visitor can’t reach a product page within 1–2 clicks, the homepage is too confusing.
