Each day you have a variety of ways you can feel and ways you can drive through the day.
I've found my daily setup and morning structure determines much about my day; if I start super slow and sluggish, it's hard to break out of that throughout the day.
But If I started Fast and move with Gratitude & Grit, my day rolls with the punches and I stay in motion.
and at the end of the day, motion is the fix all. Motion is what keeps the train moving and the grass growing.
