Your WINS of the day
This is one of the tools that have such an amazing effect on people's lives. To write down your wins of the day. To celebrate your valued actions, because it shows your brain what you care about, and that you celebrate that instead of trying to fix emotions and thoughts. Every day we're going to write down our three wins of the day. You can add pictures of the things. If you went to the gym, did a meditation, hung out with your friends, or worked on your business. Any win counts. Big or small. This is the first Wins of the Day post. Comment your three wins underneath.

Grateful mindset
Things i was wondering today that i am grateful for 1. Having all functioning organs in my body that help me see the world and participate in it and work on myself each day. 2. For being educated enough to help myself to get better and better 3. For having family and friends around me to celebrate life 4. To be connected to god 5. To have roof over my head and food on my table, so big of a luxury if you really look at the world 6. Having come across Star on Instagram and being part of this community ♥️ 7. Having the maturity of realising in what aspects i need to work to add more value to this precious life given by god. 8. To be born in era when you can access knowledge so easily sitting at your home and having so much support and guidance plus understanding of how the main organ of the body that is brain, works ! Damn would have been tough decades back people wandering place to place and not even realising the issues they have, which in todays world ( media) is so much of a blessing for all the help needed

DPDR and Intrusive thoughts. Hosnia kept going for her tomorrow woman
I'm incredibly proud of our amazing member @Hosnia Qazi . She did exposure therapy, which didn't work for her, and tried so many things but never gave up. She joined our community a month ago and, even though she was suffering, brought a committed energy to the calls. Hosnia found the power of spending time outside of her head. Being present. How that gives the brain a different signal. She started practicing but... The brain didn't like it. Hosnia was not doing the safety compulsions inside of her head anymore. So the brain needed to get her attention: "Hosnia, I need you to listen," as the brain gave her more excessive thoughts. Things got worse. But Hosnia stayed resilient. Even though things got worse, she kept going. For her tomorrow woman. For her children. For her loved ones. For herself. The brain started to get the signal. 1 hour was different. Lighter. Less noise. 2 hours 3 hours! A day!! 2 days!!! Hosnia almost couldn't believe it. It's been a month. But now there's hope. And hope is so important to have. Hope to keep moving. There will still be ups and downs. But now she has developed a skill that is with her all her life. That improves her life. Hosnia, I'm proud of you! We are all proud of you! You did this! And here is something I want you all to notice. Hosnia showed up to the group coaching calls every single week. She's been adding her Wins of the Day consistently. And she applied the tools week by week. That is where a lot of this happened. Please don't read this as a comparison. Don't compare yourself with other people's results here. You don't know how long they have been practicing or what their week looks like. The only comparison that matters is you today against you before you started. Trust the process. Be coachable. Show up to the group coaching calls. And I want to say I'm so proud of so many of you. The valued actions you are doing. The territory you take up. The courage you have to move forward while accepting any emotions and thoughts.

Each word you said feels so relatable specially the initial recovery days and yes when you stick to the techniques after a while you suddenly feel the shift happening and you getting yourself back. Stars method works wonder 💯♥️
Tell me what Coaching Call you are attending (important)
Hey Live your Life Gang! Today our coaching call was about how to coach yourself with a moment-to-moment practice to overcome: Anxiety Intrusive thoughts OCD Panic attacks Depersonalization Derealization Health anxiety 🎥 The recording goes up later tonight. I'm editing it to keep the best, most valuable parts so you get the most value per second watching it. 💪 First question for you. Which call is YOUR call? Is it the Monday or the Tuesday one? Comment it in the comments. Monday 12:30pm PT or Tuesday 7pm PT And second let's talk about a possible time change for Tuesday. I want to see what's best for all of you. Just a reminder: 7pm PT in California is 10pm on the East Coast, and noon in Australia. Which of these can you do? Tell me EVERY time you can make. The more the better! 🕔 5pm PT 🕕 6pm PT 🕖 7pm PT 🕗 8pm PT 💬 Drop one comment with your answers. For example: "Tuesday is my call! In for tomorrow, and I can do 5pm, 6pm and 7pm." If you can only do one time, that's okay, just tell me which. I'm excited to see you guys on the calls! Love Star
