Stop Trying to Be Confident. Start engineering Authority.
Remember WHY you’re doing this and WHO you’re serving! It’s not about you, how you feel things should go, how you think it should be, and not even what you feel is best for your clients and audience. It’s about what THEY want, feel, and think! You will increase revenue by doubling the number of clients you serve by remembering it’s NOT about you. Remove how you feel about yourself and think solely on what your clients and audience has communicated. Then engineer a solution and communicate that to them. It’s time for your to become the authority.

Take a Breather When You Speak…
Soo... I had my third kid and here's what it taught me
Having one kid is massive learning experience, two is where you get your footing and have most of the systems down but number three is where you have to master one major component in order to ensure success... Master your communication style with different people. How you speak to one person can't be identical with another because of the numerous reactions one can receive. How I speak to my first born son vs my only daughter is completely different. Why? You have to account for their personalities and what's important to them. Case and Point: My son (7) - beautiful person, loves to communicate, but sometimes believes in his direction too much. When corrected, his focus is locked on proving his thought process is correct rather than if the information is actually correct. I have hear him out, then correct with either gentleness or authority. He respects both. My daughter (5) - Does not like to let me down. She is sweeter than sugar but also has a tough time taking criticism. Her heart of gold makes her believe things about people that aren't true. I have to get her focused on why she feels that way (by asking questions) and then walk her through to the reality of the situation. How you communicate and to who you communicate to is specialized. Know your audience at all times or else you'll be explaining something they don't care about, believe in, or are massively against. Be careful my friends. Also! Let me know if a free live training would benefit you at all!
