🧠 Welcome to Mental Muscle 🏏
For serious young cricketers ready to master the mental game and dominate under pressure. A few years ago, I was stuck. I trained harder than anyone. I cared more than most. But when the moment came — the big game, the key innings — something inside would tighten. I’d freeze. I couldn’t play the way I knew I could. I tried the usual mindset tricks: “Just be confident.” “Focus more.” “Visualisation” Nothing worked.Until I found a shift and began applying it, piece by piece, to cricket. And everything changed. In my first season applying this my game transformed in game and my rate of improvement in practice sky rocketed. But it wasn’t about the stats. It was that I finally felt calm, focused, and locked in — under pressure. Now I want to show you how to do the same — before it's too late. Before the confusion, frustration and pressure chip away at your love for the game — or worse, hold you back from selection, performance, and becoming the player you could be. 🏏 This community is for players who: - Want to perform under pressure like they do in practice - Are aiming to average 50+, take bags of wickets, and dominate at their level - Want to become the player teammates respect and selectors remember - Are ready to use the mental game to unlock faster improvement, clarity and results This is not theory. It’s built by someone who’s still playing — and knows what it feels like out in the middle. Not some Dr who hasn’t been there. ✅ Here’s what to do next: 1. 🎥 Watch my quick introduction and unlock the opportunity to get a free call with me where we discuss your bespoke plan 2. 🎯 Book your free onboarding call→ and claim your free 3 step focus PDF: 👉 https://tally.so/r/nrXqK5 3. 💬 Introduce yourself below in the comments: Name Role (batter/bowler/all-rounder) Your current goals in cricket/sport Where you’re currently playing 4. 📘 Explore these resources to get started fast: 🔥 Starter Roadmap – How to Get the Most Out of Mental Muscle https://drive.google.com/file/d/12cWW9ACM1q94AfkaCFucaoyOod0qVBlX/view?usp=sharing
EP 1 - 23/02/26
Have one full focus when bowling of awareness and don’t try to judge it let it happen Feel level of momentum when the ball is released Batting If machine full focus on what back leg does If against sidearm in a game and watch the ball don’t judge outcomes and focus on decision making, then if anything comes up you can always do technical another day. Just focus on if the decision was the optimal outcome for that scenario and be disciplined Outcome doesn’t matter if you do this you are happy. Debrief Very happy with how this session went for a couple of reason - Not judging the outcome I’ve found it so key and important as it really let me get into my bowling and find my best ball and this made a huge difference same when batting when I had a few good balls at the start not forcing it from there. I think a lot of the time your net and what happens can be shaped just from circumstances at the start such as having good balls and not hitting them and then you having to add an unhelpful narrative to them Bowling wise - Once I got deep into the feeling and reminded myself that to be fully aware you can’t try and force any position I was extremely pleases with how it went - What I could feel is running in slower and then just feeling the speed gradually increasing as I go up and through my action

Attention!
Hi everyone - I hope you are all wintering well Just wanted to let anyone I know personally or based in and around Sussex about a great opportunity in the area which not many other people in the world would have. Growing up it was always a massive frustration for me that I couldn't train consistently in the winter months especially as the winter or off seasons is a key time to experiment, learn, and drill new movements without the pressure of having to be match ready. Any indoor centres I would try and find would be small (no run up), terrible wickets, limited time options and extremely expensive. Therefore, when I heard of the opening of Square One Cricket Center in Britain I wished it had been 10 years earlier. The centre is the biggest indoor cricket facility in the Northern Hemisphere, affordable and contains groundbreaking technology AI training technology which you will not find in many places around the world. Further to this, one of the founders of Square One was a personal coach of mine, coached numerous international and country cricketers from school ball level, but most importantly thinks about the game in a way in which I've never heard before from anyone else. Not to mention he was a professional cricketer himself representing Kent, Notts and England u19s. Square one are currently running a founders offer which is heavily discounted which allows you to have the use of nets whenever you like and all the state of the art technology at your fingertips. If anyone is interested here is the link to their website- https://www.squareoneeducation.co.uk/membership-and-prices A great opportunity!
