Business Diaries: Stress, Ideas & Slow-but-Steady Progress
I’ve definitely felt the stress in my business today.
But at the same time, I’m also feeling creative, which is a strange mix. I keep coming up with ideas about how I can move things forward and actually make money in a way that feels good.
It’s easy to hit a dip and think, “It’s not working,” and just give up.
But I know I don’t want to do that.
For my other group, I’ve been thinking a lot about bonuses, limited-time extras, and giving people clear reasons to upgrade. I can see that my free option might actually be too good right now, and that’s something I need to adjust. If the free tier feels complete, people won’t feel the need to move up.
There’s still this underlying fear of, “What if I can’t make this profitable?”
That fear is the part that triggers the anxiety. I love this work, and I don’t want to give it up, so I’m trying to breathe through all of that and trust the ideas that are coming through.
Even with all of that going on, there are positives.
We hit 90 in discovery today, the highest we’ve been. That’s huge.

And I’m working on something big for Black Friday that will be especially for this group. I can’t share the details yet, but it’s coming, and I think it’s going to give everyone here a really strong opportunity to get more visibility.
So that’s where I’m at today, stressed, hopeful, creative, and trying to take it all one step at a time.
