A truth I've never shared before
Today's reflections:
I think a truth I'm ready to share especially after doing an owning your voice activation is to just own my voice after so much intimidation that stopped me from owning it as a child.
To own my voice everywhere and with everything. Including interactions with others. I've realised too that up until now... I've been scared that people will take advantage of me for my own emotional depth to feel better about their own shadows ... When really my emotional nuances are what makes me powerful and authentically me... It's not a weakness to feel deeply, it's a strength. And I need to protect that too. And that's perfectly OK.
I will not let people intimidate me and shut me down from speaking up and to tell the truth and my own story on my own terms. Knowing that I can choose how and what to share about my own story in a way that helps others.
