Hope everyone’s holidays have been well! Mine haven’t gone as planned but we’re still drinking good coffee and remembering its all about progress, not perfection.
Today I’ve got a pour over of a single origin from Huila Columbia, it’s a double ferment Pacamara roasted by NoComply Coffee. Notes of peach rings and canned pear are prominent.
I also have a single origin dark roast from Ethiopia I’m pulling on espresso, makes a nostalgic latte reminds me of coffee shops pre tik tok lol.
