Quill’s Inkwell Pour Over to start my morning!

Today I'm sipping on an espresso tonic that I made yesterday, seeing how it holds up overnight. These are so fun to make and enjoy, all you need is some tonic water, and espresso!

It can be found in the classroom tab! Pretty light stuff, eventually I’ll have some videos I’ll upload as a resource in that very page. I encourage everyone and anyone to use it as a resource in their own coffee journey as regularly as they need to, even if they become an expert it’s still useful knowledge. On another note, I would love for this space to become something bigger than a school where I’m just flexing how smart I think I am, I want this to be a space where people who love their coffee can share their experiences, make recommendations, ask advice, and so much more!
